VThanks A+ Computers. Believe it or not, my hard drive crashed while I was backing up to an external drive. I just purchased this external drive from QVC because I hadn’t backed up my computer for several years. I had all kinds of excel, word and power point files in addition to some personal files. Wow, I was completely lost. I googled hard drive repair and the 1st company to appear was A+ Computers. I called and talked to Shawn.
